West Chester, PA Must be local to work onsite with some remote capabilities
Pay: $35/hr W2

As Data Analyst, Commercial Education, MedTech you will be responsible for supporting the commercial education team. The data support specialist will manage various aspects of the certification process through the updating and creation of training reports, data entry, and database maintenance. You will also help ensure the integrity of data across our systems. This position requires a foundational understanding of data integrity, proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions), and willingness to support the learning management (LMS) and learning experience platform (LXP) when needed. While advanced analytics skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.

Job Overview:

  • Update and maintain existing training reports and create new reporting formats as necessary to track training completion and data.
  • Manage the cancellation dashboard and coordinate communication regarding violations related to training compliance.
  • Maintain current sales roster in Commercial Education database through add/change delete forms to ensure new hires, terminations, territory changes, cross-sells, etc. are accurately reported.
  • Assist with data entry and management of the Commercial Education database to ensure current and accurate records.
  • Provide support in creating ad hoc reports as requested to meet business needs.
  • Provide on-going LMS/LXP support like re-opening of tests, standard or custom reporting, and user group maintenance as needed.
  • Identify operational process improvements.
  • Partner with analytics team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our metrics and reporting framework.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly analytical and process oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP).
  • Understanding of data integrity principles and practices.
  • Experiences with data entry.
  • Advanced Computer Skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in PPT (PowerPoint Presentation), Access, SFMC (Sales Force Marketing Cloud), Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics, including the development and maintenance of dashboards.
  • Experience with learning technologies i.e., LMS, LxP, etc.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a support role.
