Pay Rate: $23-25/hr
Overview:
Join the American Honda Motor's (AHM) HR Data Technology, Data Management team to support daily data entry activities. Our team services Honda locations across North America, focusing on data entry for new and active associates within Success Factors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support daily data entry operations within Honda's HRIS system (Success Factors).
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
- Audit and organize data entries processed by team members efficiently.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for accurate data entry to avoid negative impacts on downstream business partners.
- Collaborate with various business functions to ensure completion of entries.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Offer superior customer service.
- Audit file data entries promptly.
- Process data requests within Success Factors.
- Follow standard SOPs for data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively until entries are completed.
- Support additional administrative duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of critical data entry experience.
- Capability to analyze complex data.
- Urgency and task prioritization skills.
- Aptitude to learn systems and adhere to processes.
- Experience with Success Factors is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR-related data entry functions is essential.
- Proficiency documenting SOPs using Microsoft Word.
After training, expect 80% in-office and 20% remote work. Attendance in-office and occasional weekend availability may be required.
