Job Title: Data Entry & Laboratory Support Coordinator
Location: Anaheim, CA metro area
Duration: 6 months (Temporary Assignment)
Rate: $27-28 per hour
This is a 1st shift (Mon-Fri) offering flexible start times between 6-8am. Flexibility to cover the occasional night shift desired.  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage data from various sources (including paper and digital formats) into our systems with accuracy
  • Maintain and update digital databases to ensure information is organized and accessible
  • Develop and manage a list of laboratory consumables, track usage, and help set reorder points
  • Assist with inventory control by identifying sources for consumables and providing clear instructions for reordering
  • Work with laboratory staff to anticipate needs and prevent shortages
  • Use available digital tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
  • Experience in data entry, inventory management, office administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Willingness to learn and use new digital tools, including AI-powered applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a laboratory or technical environment is helpful but not required
