Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into designated databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
• Conduct regular data quality checks.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a data entry role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift hours (3:30 PM - Midnight).
