Why you should apply to be a DC Associate – 2nd Shift:
  • Pay rate of $18.25/hour

  • Special Project Completion Bonus: $200 after 30 days + $250 after 60 days (eligibility requirements apply)

  • Weekend schedule—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8:00 am – 8:30 pm (3-day workweek with full-time hours)

  • Great opportunity for overtime and potential conversion to full-time employment

  • Hands-on warehouse experience with training and certification opportunities (including forklift certification)

What's a typical day as a DC Associate. You'll be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and moving materials within the warehouse

  • Verifying inventory quantities and assisting with inventory maintenance

  • Completing accurate documentation and paperwork

  • Marking pallets with identifying information

  • Picking and staging parts for replenishment

  • Using handheld RF scanners for inventory tracking

  • Safely operating manual pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification)

  • Following safety procedures, rules, and instructions

  • Performing basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Prior warehouse training or experience (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently (assistance available for heavier items)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if requested

  • A commitment to completing full scheduled shifts

Work Environment:
  • Standing/walking for extended periods of time

  • Exposure to moving mechanical equipment (pallet jacks/forklifts)

  • Noise levels may be high at times

  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
