Deburr Operator – Clifton Springs, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

We're seeking detail-oriented Deburr Operators to join a precision manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY. This is a great opportunity for hands-on work in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Training 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate grinding, cutting, polishing, and related equipment to remove burrs and excess material
• Use hand tools and power equipment to sharpen edges, smooth surfaces, and polish metal or plastic parts
• Study blueprints and work orders to understand product specs and tooling requirements
• Apply metalworking fluids and lubricants correctly during processes
• Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers
• Perform value-added tasks including packaging, cleaning, or degaussing components
• Safely lift and handle parts and containers weighing up to 40 pounds

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and dimensioning concepts
• Experience in machining or metalworking environments is preferred
