Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, is seeking a Design Quality Engineer for a long-term contract at one of our Global Medical Device Robotics & Digital Solutions clients in Santa Clara, CA. A global leader in surgery with products and solutions found in almost every operating room around the world.

As the medical device Design Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the system quality engineering team.
Medical Device Design Quality Engineer on-site
Responsibilities: Support design verification/design validation effort for the program
• Support review of design verification protocols/reports, test method validation, test fixture design review/qualification
• Support Installation qualification of non-product software, test equipment
• Support risk management activities for system-level hazard analysis, using FMEA
• Support review of usability validation protocol/report
• Support cross-functional collaboration on key quality processes such as defect tracking/resolution, test execution, etc.
• Support review of build protocol / build report for verification systems, documentation of DHR for system rework
• Support review of system configuration changes
Experience level of 3 years minimum. Ideally have medical device experience with new product development on design control and risk management and experience with hardware/software combo products.
