We're looking for a Device Tracking Analyst to help ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance by managing medical device tracking activities. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and reconcile device tracking records in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with customers to verify device details and support compliance efforts
  • Assist with complaint handling and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking systems and customer experience
  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Support global initiatives to enhance tracking systems and meet international standards
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and follow-ups

What You Bring:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical device or healthcare settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools
