Description

Kelly is seeking a direct hire Digital Analyst, for a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps those in need located in Irving, TX. 

Requirements:

  • Use advanced data analysis techniques to interpret and report on data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics across digital channels.
  • Utilize jQuery, SQL, advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, VBA) for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
  • Analyze Salesforce reporting data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns daily, performing advanced analysis with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Identify trends in donor behavior and marketing performance using statistical methods (regression analysis, hypothesis testing).
  • Provide detailed analysis of donation patterns and digital fundraising performance.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
  • Present comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Integrate data insights into strategic planning across the organization.
  • Automate data processing tasks using advanced Excel techniques like Macros and VBA.
  • Ensure consistency in data reporting and analysis across global teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and Salesforce teams to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Provide data support for multiple initiatives, managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Train team members on data analysis and reporting best practices.
  • Integrate new technologies like Scikit-Learn or TensorFlow to enhance data collection and analysis.
  • Expertise in jQuery, SQL, and advanced Excel functions (data manipulation, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and working with large datasets.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field (Google Analytics certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in digital marketing and reporting.
  • Hybrid schedule 3 days in office (able to select the days in office)
  • Salary: $70,000-85,000k a year
