- Work with cross-functional teams to bridge content, SEO, and organic social media efforts.
- Utilize insights from Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and audience data to refine strategy.
- Conduct enterprise-level SEO audits and implement best practices for technical and on-page SEO.
- Manage keyword research, site optimization, and strategic link-building initiatives.
- Work with developers to improve website structure, load speed, and search rankings.
- Monitor SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive rankings.
- Optimize website content for search visibility, engagement, and donor conversions.
- Develop platform-specific organic social media strategies to expand reach and engagement.
- Implement innovative content-driven campaigns to drive awareness and donor support.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize content for audience growth.
- Stay ahead of social trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling best practices.
- Manage community engagement, fostering connections with supporters and donors.
- Track, analyze, and report on organic content performance, SEO metrics, and social media growth.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimizations to improve content effectiveness.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and social media insights to drive strategy.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance search visibility, content reach, and audience retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing, SEO, and organic social media growth.
- Experience working with large-scale digital campaigns in an enterprise, agency, or nonprofit setting.
- Background in humanitarian, nonprofit, or donor-driven audience engagement preferred.
- Proven ability to optimize high-performing content and manage digital growth strategies.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven content performance improvements.
- Experience integrating SEO, content marketing, and organic social media strategies.
