Digital Marketing Specialist (Temporary Contract)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $35–40/hour
Duration: 2–3 months (with potential for extension)
 
The Opportunity
Kelly Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support time-sensitive initiatives for a California-based medical manufacturing company. Ideal candidates thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and bring strong technical execution, content development, and campaign coordination experience.
You'll help execute digital campaigns across email, paid social, and eCommerce platforms as part of a year-end marketing push. The role emphasizes brand consistency, regulatory alignment, and marketing precision. Reporting into the internal marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build, write, and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for deliverability.
  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—including ad copywriting, performance monitoring, and budget adjustments.
  • Collaborate with designers on visuals and video assets to support social and email campaigns.
  • Update product pages with revised copy, images, pricing, and promotional messaging; assist in creating banners and landing pages for campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, track deadlines, and support cross-channel execution.
  • Assist with digital analytics and reporting, surfacing insights from campaign data to inform optimization.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand and regulatory standards, especially within a healthcare-related context.
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign execution, content creation, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), including campaign setup, targeting, and reporting
  • Experience with CMS and eCommerce tools such as Magento, Drupal, or similar systems
  • Strong writing and editing abilities, including email and ad copy; ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply across digital content
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare-related fields (medical, dental, vision)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation or workflow efficiency
  • Capable of juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; highly self-directed and organized
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Writing/editing portfolio may be requested
