Job Summary:
The CNC Programmer/Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to perform precision machining operations. The incumbent will utilize GibbsCAM or Mastercam software to create, validate, and optimize machining programs for various components and materials. Working closely with engineering and production teams, they ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality parts.

- Optimize and validate CNC programs to improve cycle times and tool life.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Proficiency in GibbsCAM or Mastercam software.
