Document and Data Coordinator (Data Entry)

Employment Type: Temporary Contract, with chance to go permanent

Working Schedule: Full Time, 8 AM - 5 PM (Hybrid Schedule to be determined)

Location: Chicago, IL 60618

Pay Rate: $21/hr - $23/hr

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document and Data Coordinator to join our team temporarily. In this crucial role, you will provide support to the Document Control function by efficiently processing document and data requests and completing various administrative responsibilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate data entry and document deliverance to support our organization's daily operations and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Document Control requests using the MasterControl Quality Management System for daily activities.
  • Handle quality system documentation, material master data creation/changes, BOM/router creation/changes, engineering changes, and other relevant data entry requests.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional typing, word processing, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to set up spreadsheets, enter data, and use sort and graphing functions.
  • Competence in setting up word processing documents, creating and modifying tables, importing objects, formatting documents, and using header/footer and pagination functions.
  • Keen attention to detail for typing, data entry, and proofreading tasks.
  • Familiarity with MasterControl Quality Management System or SAP is a plus.
