Document Control Clerk

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Document Control Specialist! In this vital role, you will ensure the meticulous management of quality documents from receipt to storage, playing a crucial part in maintaining our organization's standards. You will be responsible for accurately filing documents to ensure easy retrieval during site audits and responding promptly to requests from various support groups. Your contributions will also include assisting with the transfer of documents to our long-term storage facility in Holland, MI. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location:2 locations  
- Pay Rate: $17.25
- Shift: 1st Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sort received documents daily and file them according to the organizational system.
- Receive and respond to document requests promptly, including scanning documents as needed.
- Retrieve requested documents in support of site audits and other inquiries.
- Assist with the physical movement of files to and from long-term storage facilities
- Work independently

Qualifications & Skills:
- Detail-oriented with well-developed organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to process document requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb safety ladders (training will be provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Teams and basic tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word.
