Estamos buscando un “Documentation Specialist” para trabajar con uno de nuestros principales clientes globales del área biofarmacéutica en Barceloneta, PR. Top of Form
Documentation Specialist
· Documenta discrepancias de procesos que resultan en “Operational Notes”.
· Revisa procedimiento
· Apoya con la documentación de “Damaged Forms identificados durante el recibo y/o despacho de materiales a las áreas.
· Reunirse con las áreas para establecer prioridades, discutir los cambios o documentos para cumplir con las fechas establecidas.
· Completa el trabajo de acuerdo con las prioridades establecidas, políticas, prácticas y procedimientos para asegurar que la documentación es enviada según la agenda.
· Verificar el impacto de cambios a procedimientos sobre diferentes sistemas operacionales como SAP, PI Vision.
· Coordinar los cambios entre los documentos compartidos por las plantas de AbbVie (procedimientos y formas globales).
· Adiestrar al personal en los cambios generados en los procedimientos.
· Comunica el "status" de procedimientos, operational notes, damages forms, o acciones relacionas a sistemas de calidad.
· Proveer asistencia a las operaciones conforme a los sistemas de gestión Ambiental, Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad (EH&S por sus siglas en inglés) y promover el mejoramiento continuo.
Educación
· Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Ciencias Naturales o área relacionada, con tres (3) años de experiencia.
Experiencia:
· Experiencia en el área de sistemas de calidad e EHS - Mínimo de cinco (5) años.
· Ambiente de Oficina: Uso de computadora
· Interacciona continuamente con los diferentes departamentos de la planta, ej. Validación, Training, Quality, Producción, Ingeniería, etc., a niveles de personal no-exento hasta la gerencia de la planta y con representantes de Documentación
