Title: DocuSign CLM (SpringCM) Support Specialist

Location:  REMOTE 
Duration: 12 months
W2 Contract (No C2C)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled DocuSign CLM with extensive experience in formerly SpringCM Professional to provide support, administration, and development for our contract lifecycle management platform. The ideal candidate will lead upgrade of our Spring CM to the CLM.DS version. Will ensure our system runs efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various business teams to optimize the platform's use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration: Perform day-to-day application administration tasks, including managing user access, security, configurations, and retriggering workflows.
  • Workflow Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure documents and folders are processed correctly.
  • Development & Optimization: Develop workflows for document generation, approvals, and XML merging. Monitor application performance and optimize processes.
  • Integration Support: Configure and support integrations with third-party systems (Salesforce).
  • User Support & Training: Provide high-level technical and product support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in creating user training materials and best practices.
  • Compliance & Security: Collaborate with application managers to implement privacy, retention rules, and security best practices.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in DocuSign CLM with legacy SpringCM system administration and support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in creating and maintaining advanced workflows and document generation configurations. Familiarity with C# snippet coding within workflows is a plus.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of DocuSign CLM security models, access management, and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
