Job Details:
  • Location: 100% Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred)

  • Duration: 1–2 months, with possible extension

  • Employment Type: Temporary Contract (2 months with a possible of extension)

  • Pay Rate: $24.70/hour

  • Reason for Opening: Ongoing global training project supporting business process affiliates
     

What's a typical day as an E-learning Training Course Assistant? You'll be: Learning Module Creation & System Administration (Primary Focus)
  • Learn and execute the end-to-end process for creating and publishing learning modules

  • Duplicate and configure course templates; update course titles, identifiers, and hyperlinks

  • Publish SCORM files and load content into the LMS

  • Maintain accurate linkages between documents, courses, curricula, and learner profiles

  • Apply standardized naming conventions and system rules to ensure data integrity

  • Maintain training records in compliance with internal standards

Coordination & Affiliate Support
  • Prepare and organize source information received from global affiliates

  • Communicate with affiliate teams to understand local training assignment processes

  • Support the creation and maintenance of curricula and training assignments across regions

  • Assist with updates, revisions, and re-publication of training content

  • Provide basic user support and troubleshooting

  • Support audit and inspection preparation related to training administration

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, LMS administration, or similar roles

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows and job aids

  • Comfort learning new systems and navigating multiple platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with global stakeholders (bilingual skills a plus, not required)

  • Location near or within the Pacific Time Zone

  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining compliance and data accuracy
