Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Contract
What's a typical day as a Education and Compliance – Customer Service Representative? You will:

Process collection requests, including payments, returns, delinquencies, refunds, and account merges

Prepare, file, and review Administrative Support documents, including payoff amounts
-
Respond to internal and external calls and written inquiries
-
Research line requests, tax clearance applications, and debt set-off inquiries

Perform data entry in TAS and other supporting databases
-
Document monthly production and maintain Administrative Support files
-
Manage low balance lien release reports
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Tax experience

Basic math skills
-
Proficiency with Excel and Google tools

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work 100% onsite

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with TAS or similar databases
-
Experience handling levies, 5009L certifications, or PRI processing
