What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Providing first-level support for payroll, taxation, wage & hour compliance, garnishment, payment options, expense reporting, and more
• Assisting with HR-related activities
• Supporting the Emergency Operations Center during disaster situations
• Managing third-party interpreters during calls
• Resolving employee and field issues according to established policies and procedures
• Collaborating with 2nd level teams for complex issues
• Documenting all inbound calls in the case management tool
• Assisting with special projects or specialized team roles

Bonus: Have previous experience with Kelly Services Branch, are bilingual in French Canadian or Spanish, and have knowledge of Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Peoplenet, AESOP, and Payroll
