This is a direct hire Electrical Assembly Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Interpret and follow assembly instructions to assemble electrical and electro-mechanical components as well as larger assemblies
• Accurately manage and complete all work orders
• Use hand/power tools and precision measuring equipment
• Participate in department meetings to identify, communicate, and document assembly concerns and opportunities for improvement in processes, parts, and design
• Assist in warehousing functions including loading truck, packing, bottling including operation of forklift and pallet jack
• Follow established testing and quality control procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation/area in compliance with safety practices
Required Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, technical training or degree preferred
• Proficiency with using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics and mechanical drawings preferred
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a small team
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. as needed
