Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$26.27 per hour (Direct Hire)

What's a typical day as Electrician – Level II? You'll be:
  • Performing routine and corrective electrical maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
  • Following HSE standards to promote workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Executing tasks with precision, following quality procedures, and recommending preventive maintenance improvements.
  • Collaborating with team members to support production goals and engaging in ongoing learning.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Demonstrate a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and interest in industrial maintenance.
  • Possess effective communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED and an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Are willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift upon program completion.
