Production Assembler – Industrial Electronics
Location: Nashville, TN
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:15pm CDT (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $18.00
About Us:
Locally owned engineering firm specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial electronics. We are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our production team. This is a hands-on role focusing on the assembly of electronic devices and components in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Locate parts and manage inventory throughout the production process.
- Adjust and replace electrical components as needed.
- Solder electronic connections or components.
- Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Properly label all components and completed modules.
- Use common and specialized hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily (up to 8 hours).
- Maintain accurate production and work records.
- Consult with supervisory staff on workflow and priorities.
- Explain assembly procedures or techniques to coworkers as needed.
- Interpret assembly instructions, including blueprints, diagrams, reports, specifications, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work with hands and use tools for up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to distinguish colors as required by electrical assembly.
- Vocational or military training preferred, but not required.
