Kelly Services are seeking an Electronics Technician in Eastlake to join our team on a Temp to Hire Opportunity.

Pay: $ 18.00-$23.00 (Based on Experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Kelly Services are seeking an Assembly Technician in Eastlake to join our team on a Temp to Hire Opportunity.

Do you have experience in Fabricating or Assembly, using hand tools and equipment. Do you have strong commitment to quality and safety. Are you willing to travel on short notice as part of an apprenticeship program once hired? Are you able to diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts and pieces using various hand tools and equipment.
  • Complete safety initiatives within JBT expectations, including BBSOs, Near Misses, etc.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints for machine assembly to proper specifications.
  • Use mechanical equipment like forklifts and cranes after certification.
  • Operate bead blast/power wash/paint booths as Apprentice positions.
  • Diagnose problems, dismantle, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines.
  • Set up and adjust machines to equipment specifications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Attendance is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent Required.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50-75 pounds; team lift or use lifting aids for anything over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
  • Balance quality maintenance while meeting deadlines.
