Jumpstart Your Career — Entry-Level Machine Operator (Pharma Manufacturing) Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $19.52/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am)

What You'll Do:

  • Learn to operate and monitor high-tech manufacturing equipment—full training provided!
  • Support production by helping set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines.
  • Work closely with experienced team members in maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering.
  • Keep accurate records, perform quality checks, and learn maintenance basics.
  • Be part of a supportive team where everyone works together.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship so you can advance at your own pace.
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of experience in any job (no manufacturing experience needed—we train you!)
  • Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and be reliable on your shift
  • Team mindset — your positive attitude matters as much as your skills
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
