Entry-Level Machine Operator & Assembly – A-Shift | Weekly Pay

Join a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment with long-term potential. We're hiring entry-level Machine Operators and Assembly Workers for a well-established company in Lima. Limited experience? No problem — full training provided!

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | $16.00/hr

Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties May Include:

• Feeding materials into machines or placing items into fixtures for lamination
• Manually assembling or collating products with precision
• Inspecting parts for defects or quality issues
• Performing basic machine operation and monitoring during runs
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Accurately counting and packaging completed parts

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable, motivated candidates ready to learn
• Strong attendance and willingness to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend a required in-person interview and facility tour
• Ability to read and write in English

Dress Code:

• Casual dress (jeans, t-shirts, closed-toe shoes; shorts OK)
• Steel-toe boots not required
