Job Title: Epoxy Charger (Assembly Worker)

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
We are seeking 4–5 detail-oriented Epoxy Chargers to join our Enamel Department. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying epoxy and finishes to a variety of manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with small components under magnification for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities-
Weigh and mix epoxy materials using an electronic gram scale

Operate air-actuated dispensers for precise epoxy application

Select proper needles/syringes for varying epoxy types

Apply finishes such as enamel, varnish, paint, and shellac

Work on small items using magnifiers for 6–7 hours per shift

Perform surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming

Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers

Conduct detailed touchups and coordinate larger painting tasks

Maintain quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment

Clean and maintain painting tools and work areas

Read and follow work orders in English

Adapt to shifting priorities and duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED required
-
3–5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or finishing role

Excellent eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills

Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and work orders in English

Proficiency in epoxy application and surface finishing techniques

Familiarity with paint mixing, antiquing, and jewelry painting preferred

Ability to work efficiently under magnification for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and meet production goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be a proactive, dependable, and collaborative team player

Fast-paced manufacturing environment
