PAY RATE: $22 per hour
SCHEDULE: Saturday & Sunday 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Monday &Tuesday 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

What's a typical day as Equipment Operator II? You'll be:
- Performing start-up operations from power off/cold state; completing equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist
- Conducting Level I required preventive maintenance tasks
- Participating in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation
- Performing work order setups in electronic batch records, data acquisition, and inventory management systems
- Pulling test samples for QC in-process inspection, removing completed production from the machine, and placing in finished goods totes
- Filling component Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production
- Performing minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues and escalating to assigned Technician when required
- Updating hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers
- Submitting machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services
- Ensuring that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures/requirements
- Maintaining 5S standards in assigned work areas
- Modeling company values and supporting strategic initiatives
- Performing other related duties as assigned or required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or a Technical Certificate with associated relevant experience
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have an understanding of and ability to use computers
- Display sound judgment for use in machine troubleshooting and product disposition
- Have good interpersonal skills to facilitate communication at various levels and areas within the organization
- Can accurately follow both verbal and written instructions
- Are able to work in an environment that may expose you to biohazards and/or chemicals
- Are capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs.
- Can handle recurring physical demands, including standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, and using bilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upper body
- Have concentrated visual attention to perform checks on products and components
- Are available to work the following schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Monday and Tuesday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
