Kelly Services is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant for a busy Educational facility office located in Tampa, FL 33612

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Dean provides high-level administrative support to the Dean's office and serves as a trusted liaison between the Dean, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. This role demands professionalism, discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic university environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Dean's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Dean.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings and committees.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and special projects hosted by the Dean's office.
- Draft reports, presentations, speeches, and communication materials for the Dean.
- Serve as a primary contact for internal and external inquiries, representing the Dean with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and external partners on behalf of the Dean.
- Track budgets and process expense reports for the Dean's office.
- Assist with institutional initiatives, strategic planning, and project management as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional requirements to work evenings or weekends for university events or urgent matters.
