Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Salary: $26 per hour
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary:
Nissan is seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support Multiple Managers at our Farmington Hills, MI facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills and thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage heavy calendars for the directors, coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur.
  • Process executive expense reports efficiently.
  • Proficiently utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Handle large meeting requests, including room reservations and catering setup, as well as researching and reserving venues for larger events.
  • Provide general support for the R&D facility office operations, including print requests, mail distribution, and supply management.
  • Coordinate access to the Engineering standard database for staff and distribute Engineering standards to suppliers upon request.
  • Complete purchase requisitions and manage executive calendars and meetings.
  • Set up, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff members.
  • Support SVP and VP executive admins as needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating large events.
Qualifications:
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Administrator.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with analytical thinking and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Customer service mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Intermediate skills in business applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to find efficient solutions and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism, especially in confidential matters.
