Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30-$32 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Onsite- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; M to F; CT
Onsite opportunity to N. Chicago!

What's a typical day as Executive Recruiting Coordinator? You'll be:
- Coordinating interview schedules and managing schedule change requests for hiring teams.
- Keeping hiring teams informed of interview request statuses and providing weekly updates.
- Utilizing various databases, including SmartRecruiters (ATS), to generate metrics and reports.
- Arranging all candidate travel and accommodations, both domestic and international.
- Processing expense reimbursements and invoices on a weekly basis.
- Updating SmartRecruiters ATS with candidate statuses and interview data, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (required)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer support data entry/coordination experience.
- Are experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Have prior staffing coordination or HR experience (preferred).
- Possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills.
