Administrative Assistant – Production

Location: Syracuse, NY
Pay Rate: $20-$24 DOE
Schedule: Mon-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM

Job Summary:
Provides administrative support for the production unit, ensuring accurate documentation, material verification, and database maintenance. Handles reporting, clerical tasks, and discrepancy investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify production documentation, material counts, and return components.
  • Maintain and update production databases and reports.
  • Investigate discrepancies and report findings.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
  • Assist and train production staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases).
  • Knowledge of Pivot Tables is a MUST!
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move between departments.
  • Lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
  • Use office equipment and perform data entry.
