Description

Job Title: Document Specialist (Temporary Assignment)
Legal Services Group
Location: San Francisco, California (Onsite)
Financial area on Mission Street
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Assignment Duration: Ends December 1st
Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Address workflow challenges efficiently.
  • Proofreading & Data Comparison: Carefully check transcripts and data for accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed quality checks on all documents and entries.
  • File Management: Archive, distribute, and manage files with accuracy.
  • Order Fulfillment: Review system information and fulfill orders accurately.
  • Research & Language Skills: Conduct research and use strong language skills to maintain standards.
  • Computer & Time Management Skills: Demonstrate computer proficiency and effective time management.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to processing standards and confidentiality policies.
  • Client Service & Facility Support: Greet clients, set up conference rooms, make copies, ensure coffee service, and order lunch as needed.
  • Production Tasks: Handle receipt of hard copy files, scan, and import files into the system.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion
  • Comfortable performing basic facility and hospitality tasks
