Estamos en búsqueda de un Representante de Soporte al Cliente - Facilitador/Entrenador Especial para integrarse a el equipo de nuestro cliente en el Área Metropolitana.
Responsabilidades:
- Ofrecer entrenamiento en el uso de máquinas impresoras
- Cubrir a otros facilitadores en caso de vacaciones o cuando sea necesario.
- Proveer servicio al cliente en diversas instalaciones del Área Metropolitana o algun otro pueblo segun la necesidad operacional.
- Lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm.
- Conocimiento en equipos de impresoras o equipos relacionados.
- Gestión de inventario de suministros.
- Lectura de contadores y suministro de papel.
- Coordinación de la remoción, instalación y equipos de entrenamiento.
- Provisión de reportes y respuesta a llamadas de servicio
- Responder a las demandas diarias del cliente, resolviendo situaciones básicas con los equipos como impresoras, fotocopiadoras y escáneres. En caso de necesitar asistencia para reparaciones o programación, el facilitador deberá contactar con el Soporte Técnico de IT y coordinar la resolución lo más pronto posible.
