Field Project Manager
Pay Rate: $48.75/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager for a dynamic client in the construction industry. This is a hands-on position responsible for managing multiple construction projects of varying complexity from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to establish project goals and define performance metrics.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, identify milestones, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues proactively with other team members.
  • Communicate project status regularly to teams and stakeholders.
  • Plan and monitor budgets; conduct research and thorough analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Proactively manage project risk, using quality tools to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Document project updates, team learnings, and maintain accurate project records.
  • Assign and manage resources appropriately; coach team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide feedback and share best practices with internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong aptitude in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
