Kelly, in partnership with a leading medical laboratory equipment company, is looking for a Field Service Technician in Burlington, NC! Our client is growing their team by bringing on additional Field Service Technicians to offer exceptional customer service to their clientele in the Burlington, NC region.

This is a direct hire Field Service Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
• Day shift hours, (evening or weekend hours as needed to support customer operations)
• $50,000-70,000/yr. + commission opportunities
• Burlington, NC


Position Information:
• Address customer inquiries to diagnose and repair laboratory equipment
• Perform installation and maintenance of equipment
• Finalize work orders
• Manage inventory and parts for field equipment
• Record repairs in an electronic database or written documentation
• Upkeep company vehicle
• Engage in overnight travel by car and air as required

Required Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in the electronic field
• Military electronic experience is a plus
• Must have a background in chemistry, biology, or laboratory environments
• Proficient in using hand tools such as multimeters, temperature meters, torque wrenches, and other hand tools
• Solid background in customer service skills
