Pay Range: $19.50 plus depending on experience
We are seeking Filling Technicians at various levels to join our team. The Filling Technician will perform setup, mixing, filling, operation, and troubleshooting of filling equipment used to fill bulk/BiPak orders.
Position Levels:
- Filling Tech I: New hire, less than one year of experience.
- Filling Tech II: Can work independently with at least one year of experience.
- Filling Tech III: Trainer, responsible for training new team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow operating procedures, including ISO procedures, safety rules, PPE requirements, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Fill orders based on information provided on the fill ticket.
- Complete requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts.
- Weigh and heat materials as required.
- Operate equipment including computers, scales, mixers (Hobart, Ross Mixer, Speed Miser, Air Mixer), paint shaker, large 30-gallon roller, and ovens.
- Operate BiPak/QuickPouch equipment and print labels needed to complete orders using Eppendorf, Gilson, and Semmatic/Nordon dispensing equipment.
- Conduct quality in-process inspections of materials.
- Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of machinery (scales, mixers, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Ability to accept direction and supervision, along with the initiative to make independent decisions.
- High levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Meticulous, neat, precise work with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
