Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II, Filling
Department: Manufacturing – Filling Operations
$27 per hr. 
6pm-6:30am shift
Temp to Hire!

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician II supports Filling operations on the Manufacturing floor, operating within both controlled and classified areas. This hands-on position requires adherence to cGMP guidelines, equipment operation and maintenance, in-process monitoring, data collection, and documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, assemble, disassemble, and sanitize filling equipment; perform start-up and minor machine adjustments
  • Service machinery with required materials, remove finished materials, and maintain smooth flow of production
  • Execute filter integrity testing, batch record entries, and GMP documentation
  • Perform visual and physical inspections of materials, and support outgoing quality assurance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to cGMP standards
  • Conduct computer-based data input (SCADA, HMI) and participate in OEE data collection
  • Support preventive maintenance, inventory control (SAP), and material handling activities
  • Adhere to safety protocols including PPE, ergonomics, LOTO, chemical handling, and spill response
  • Support process improvement initiatives (5S, SMED) and validation/engineering protocols
  • Remain flexible for additional training and perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Some overtime may be required to support business needs

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs; prior manufacturing or aseptic processing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of safety data sheets, product security controls, and material handling
  • Basic computer literacy (SCADA, HMI, SAP) and mathematical skills
  • Ability to learn new skills, obtain required certifications, and contribute to team success
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
