• Pay Rate: $25.66
• Location: Savannah, GA 
• Schedule: 4:50 AM – 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: 48-month contract

What's a typical day as a Final Line Mechanic I? You will:

• Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components.
• Rig control cables, linkages, landing gear, engines, doors, and associated hardware following prints and specifications.
• Remove and replace linkage, system lines, and panels to perform basic repairs.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, performing rework as needed.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment, including pumps, dies, wrenches, and gauges.
• Maintain logs, records, and perform necessary documentation for all installations.
• Support continuous improvement processes and keep work area neat and safe.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of aerospace, aviation, or mechanical experience (auto mechanics, heavy equipment, etc.).
• An A&P license may substitute for the experience requirement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam preferred.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail, safety orientation, and commitment to quality.
