Job Title: Financial Analyst (Temporary, 12 Weeks)
Location: Preston, WA – Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Temporary (~12 weeks, potential for extension)
Pay: $44–$50/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Financial Analyst to support a critical period of financial planning, reforecasting, and process transformation. This is a full-time, 12-week assignment with hybrid work flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:

Support development and refinement of 2026 financial KPIs using budget and forecast data.

Play a key role in preparing the company's major reforecast, including data consolidation, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and management-ready outputs.

Evaluate potential returns on investment, pricing assumptions, promotional strategies, and business requirements.

Provide pricing and promotional financial support to Sales, including margin analysis and ad hoc decision support.

Prepare and deliver financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Manage and enhance budget and planning templates in FP&A tools (Anaplan preferred) and collaborate on reporting and visualizations.

Support ongoing improvements to FP&A processes and systems while ensuring core financial work continues smoothly.

Monitor key financial performance indicators, identify trends, and surface insights that drive business action.

Complete ad hoc analytical projects as needed to support evolving business priorities.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of professional analytical experience.

Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (Anaplan a plus).

Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and working with large datasets.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating across functions.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect analysis to business impact.
