Description

Kelly is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Business Process Analyst to join our team at a renowned water treatment facility located in Trevose, PA. In this role, you will evaluate and optimize our monthly reconciliation processes, ensure timely submission of reconciliations, and collaborate across departments to implement process and content improvements.   • Analyze and document workflows for monthly reconciliation submissions for balance sheet and internal deposit accounts.
  • Identify sources of general ledger data, journal entries, and processing specifications; recommend enhancements and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with business units to implement process improvements, utilizing automation tools and systems.
  • Study methods to improve work measurements and performance standards.
  • Oversee timely completion and submission of reconciliations according to company and bank policies.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet variance analysis; identify unusual fluctuations and process retro entries as needed.
  • Work closely with operational teams and subject matter experts to optimize content management and workflows.
  • Rigorously test and validate the design of new and existing content.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the functionality of updates.
  • Assist in creating instructional training documents and materials.
  • Identify issues and risks related to content and workflows; ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or Economics.
  • Experience in finance business processes and workflow analysis.
  • Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar software.
