Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Pricing Coordinator to join our team remotely in New York. If you have strong Excel skills, enjoy working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $23.57/hr

Location: Remote (Must reside in New York)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Hours: 40 hours/week

Contract Duration: 3 months (July–October)

 

What We're Looking For:

Attention to Detail – Must be highly organized and accurate when verifying membership eligibility, pricing, and rebate contracts

Contract or Pricing Experience – Prior experience with sales rebate contracts, chargebacks, or pricing coordination is a big plus

Excel Proficiency – Must be confident in Excel (including sorting/filtering, formulas, and large datasets); Access knowledge is a bonus

Communication Skills – Ability to coordinate with sales reps, finance, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies or clarify account issues

Problem Solver – Comfortable analyzing chargeback data, resolving pricing errors, and preparing detailed reports

Self-Starter – Able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment

Time Management – Prioritizes multiple deadlines, updates records promptly, and keeps stakeholders informed
