Pay Rate/Hours: $17.50 - 21.50/hr on 3rd shift

- Setting up jobs according to job ticket instructions and approved structures
- Running equipment at required speeds while maintaining quality, waste, and safety standards
- Monitoring production schedules and verifying necessary materials and understanding job requirements
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance
- Properly documenting production and quality inspections per Standard Operating Procedures
- Assisting Finishing Operator with make-ready operations and learning to perform work independently
- Ensuring all job status and issues are thoroughly communicated to the oncoming shift
- Observing all safety rules and procedures and maintaining a clean work area
- Have a high school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent
- Possess basic personal computer skills
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, job tickets, and procedural manuals
- Can perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Maintain good attendance and are reliable and dependable
- Are willing to work overtime as needed
