Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Coraopolis PA

Pay Rate: $24/HR

Position: Contract to Hire

Job Duties "At-a-Glance":

  • Managing vehicle documentation, route data, toll systems, and compliance reporting to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
  • Process and maintain titling and registration for company-owned trailers and rental equipment.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the contractor tractor addition and approval process.
  • Conduct Control Self Monitoring (CSM) audit tests to ensure compliance.
  • Order and distribute required vehicle permits, including annual renewals.
  • Collect and report purchase cost data to management and accounting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements for the role:
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 0-2 year of experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling complex or confidential information.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
