This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire! 

Shift:

  • Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary as a Site Manager:
  • $95k-$100k (based on experience)

Position Information:
The site manager is responsible for running day to day operations focusing on technicians, operators, and training personnel. The role encompasses the coordination of employees on day-to-day operations, technician operations on AVs and making sure the staff of the facility are up to date on training to perform their functions.
  • Operations Leadership: Serve as the accountable leader for all operational activities at the site(s), ensuring efficient operations according to company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage site personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is aligned with operational goals Issue
  • Escalation & Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues and ensure timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage resources, including staff & equipment.

What kind of experience do you need to succeed?:
  • Experience: A seasoned people and operations leader with 8-10+ years of experience in automotive industry from the technical side, training programs and procedure implementation
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of site operations, resource management, and vendor relationships. Proven ability to manage KPIs
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel
