Kelly® is hiring Forklift Drivers to work at a premier food manufacturing facility in Commerce GA
Monday -Friday
2nd shift 4 pm to 12 am
Minimum 3 months forklift experience required
Project expected to run through approximately September 2025. Good workers can be kept on or hired for other roles within the company-temp to hire potential!
$17 per hour

What's a typical day as a Forklift Driver?
• Operate material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack and count raw materials and/or finished goods. May also perform order filler or order checker duties.
• Load, unload, and move materials and products manually or using forklift (company has stand up and sit-down). May also use manual or electric pallet jack.
• Loading and unloading cardboard baler
• Prepare pallets according to prescribed work standards, stacking and tagging
• Maintain shipping supplies to ensure order ships on schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy in item count and location
• Inform supervisor of inventory issues, supply shortages, shipping issues, and other concerns
• Ensure loads are 100% accurate before departure from the warehouse
• Inspect incoming and outgoing material to ensure quality, quantity, and accuracy
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy in item count and location

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 months forklift experience
• Basic computer knowledge; use of Microsoft Office products and SAP software preferred
• Ability to use RF scanners, inventory tracking and control systems (no prior experience required)
• Can lift 35-50 pounds repeatedly.
• Have good attention to detail and can follow instructions accurately.
