Job Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Inventory Control Forklift Operator! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to efficiently move, stack, and manage materials, while also ensuring accurate inventory management. Your contributions will be vital in conducting cycle counts, maintaining precise records, and reporting any discrepancies to uphold the integrity of our warehouse operations.
Job Specifications:
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $19.08/hr
Shift: 2nd shift needed ASAP
(Need to have flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts as needed)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements using warehouse management systems.
- Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to management promptly.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator; certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management processes and procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and data entry systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
