Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Rochester! This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a great opportunity to transition into a long-term career with our company. If you are an early bird who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you! Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (with occasional overtime)
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate power industrial trucks to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage orders accurately.
  • Prepare goods for shipment and assist with receiving incoming stock.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and facility guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience operating a fork truck is required.
  • Equipment Preference: Experience with a Raymond Reach truck is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of RF scanner operations is preferred.
  • Reliability: Must be able to work the early morning shift (4 AM start) and handle occasional overtime.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle, as our facility is not accessible via public transportation/bus lines.
  • Attitude: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
