We are seeking a Front Desk/Sr. Administrative Assistant to support a Site Head in Medical Ctr area of Houston, TX (77021). This position will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies. Additionally, assisting in the support of site operations, accommodating the special needs of site staff, all while supporting the culture. What's a typical day like? You'll be:
- Administrative support to the Site Head (travel, expenses, scheduling, meetings, special projects, etc.)
- Responsible for greeting and registering guests, tracking visits, providing general information to the public and licensees, assisting with inventory and restocking office supplies, receiving, and distributing incoming packages including temperature sensitive packages that need appropriate storage.
- Support site and strategic projects as needed.
- Partner and align with all sites functional team members.
- Coordinate site conference room, office, and collaborative hub bookings.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-4 plus years of related experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ariba, Concur and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, professional and detailed oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Self-motivated individual that is ready to take on many functions of operations.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
