Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a General Utility Associate (Spray Injector / Trimmer / Floor Coordinator) with Signode Industrial Group LLC, a global leader in transit-packaging and industrial solutions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | 2nd Shift
Saturdays as required -
Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Set up molds and read job travelers to understand production requirements
-
Read specifications carefully and select the correct film for each mold
-
Change film rolls and adjust foam levels to properly fill molds
-
Operate foam spray injectors and modify foam output based on part specifications
-
Assist with mold changeovers and support continuous production flow
-
Perform visual inspections to ensure cushions and parts meet quality standards
-
Maintain production efficiency targets of 80% or higher
-
Keep foam guns clean and free of blockages to ensure smooth operation

Track waste and identify any product, quality, or process issues
-
Perform trimming, floor coordination, and housekeeping duties
-
Remove and replace scrap while maintaining a clean and organized work area
-
Support team operations and communicate effectively with production leads

A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
-
Basic reading, writing, and computer skills
-
Prior machine operation experience (preferred but not required)
-
Experience working with foam or similar materials (a plus)

Motivation to learn new tasks and work in a team-based environment
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
-
Steel-toed boots (required; additional PPE provided on site)
