Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM (12hr Shift)

What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

• Operate and assist with mixer and production line activities.

• Load, unload, and stage shipments in the proper locations.

• Maintain accurate counts of inventory and track downtime causes.

• Ensure the correct packaging materials are used for each product type.

• Build and wrap pallets to support production output.

• Perform visual and/or tool-based quality inspections.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S practices.

• Collaborate with team members to promote a safe work environment.

• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This job might be a great fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

• Ability to operate basic production or packaging equipment.

• Team-oriented attitude with good communication and reliability.

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed; must wear steel-toed boots (other PPE provided).

• Plastics manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
